With less than a month to go before the scheduled February 1st start of the 33rd America’s Cup match races in Valencia, Spain between Cup defender Alinghi and challenger BMW Oracle/Golden Gate Yacht Club, there are still no announced media arrangements or facilities for coverage of the event.
To make matters worse, the America’s Cup event schedule, from February 1st, 2010 to February 25th, 2010, weather conditions permitting, overlaps television coverage of the XXI Olympic Winter Games, set for February 12–28, 2010, in Vancouver, Canada. -Boats vs Olympics
