As pitchers and catchers get ready to report to their clubs this week, MLBTradeRumors.com has provided of list of guys currently on a 40-man roster who are out of options and have less than 5 years of MLB service time. This means these players must make the 25-man roster out of Spring Training or they will have to clear waivers before being assigned within a team’s minor league system.
