NASCAR Drivers To Receive Intro Music At Bristol

By Swasted, March 17, 2010 4:34 pm

This year at Bristol Motor Speedway the 43-man Sprint Cup field will be introduced to the crowd accompanied by a song of their choice. These guys have horrible tastes in music. Is it not enough that Jimmie wins every damn race, now the fucker has to pick the best intro song too?!?

Some notables:

Jimmie Johnson: “Ramble On” / Led Zeppelin
Tony Stewart: “Bawitdaba” / Kid Rock
Kevin Harvick: “Rollin” / Limp Bizkit
Kyle Busch: “Amazing” / Kanye West
Matt Kenseth: “Whisky Hangover” / Godsmack
Greg Biffle: “Welcome to the Jungle” / Guns N Roses
Scott Speed: “Love Shack” / B52s

By Swasted, October 8, 2009 8:53 am

I’m surprised to see the Roush cars so low after Kenseth’s win with Biffle and Edwards 4th and 7th in the February race. Then again, Lil Jimmie dominated the 2nd race there last year…

Jimmie Johnson 7-2
Mark Martin 5-1
Jeff Gordon 7-1
Tony Stewart 10-1
Kyle Busch 12-1
Denny Hamlin 12-1
Juan Montoya 12-1
Greg Biffle 12-1
Carl Edwards 12-1
Matt Kenseth 15-1
Kevin Harvick 30-1

Atlanta Race – Results & Standings

By Logert, September 12, 2009 4:19 pm

Atlanta Winner:  Ryan

Ryan took Kasey Kahne to win at Atlanta.  Old Harv got a second and had a chance to win but came up short.  Good race.  Today we race at Richmond and it is the last race before the Chase.  Can the Ginger Vickers knock Maaatt Kenseth out of the top 12?  Can Kyle wiggle his way in from 14th?  Gonna be awesome!

STANDINGS as of Atlanta (11 races left)

1ST  -  Josh #14  -  3,311.5 points

2ND  -  Clay #16     -92.5

3RD  -  Chad #99     -116.5

4TH  -  Steve #17     -178

5TH  -  Ryan #18     -227.5

6TH  -  Logan #29     -434

Chad and Clay switch spots.  Josh increases his lead with 11 races left to go.  I continue to hold on to the rear.
